WellEx is a program designed for all ages, fitness levels and abilities. It is a chance to have real conversations about what it's going to take to get you from where you are...to where you want to be.
WellEx is NOT Physical Therapy, it is personal training sessions supervised by a trained exercise specialist.
WellEx provides individuals with a safe environment to meet exercise goals. Individuals will work out while being supervised by a trained exercise specialist. We will work with you to create a program that best fits your needs.
Steps to Starting WellEx:
Sign up for a complimentary 30-minute initial consultation, assessment, and a mini training session. Your trainer wants to start out by getting to know who you are and your exercise goals. The physical assessment is conducted to determine the proper exercise programs that will best fit you. The mini training session will consist of a 10-15 minute workout to give you an idea of what the training sessions will embody.
Based on the initial consultation, you can choose to exercise for 30 minutes or 45 minutes.
WellEx is not covered by health insurance. It is an expense paid out of pocket.
- 30-minute Session: $35 per person
- 45-minute Session: $50 per person
Partner Pricing (bring a friend and workout together!)

Package deals are also available for Individuals.
Packages are an 8-week commitment. There are no refunds if you cancel or no show.

30-minute Alter-G Anti-Gravity Treadmill session can be added on for $25.

WellEx Personal TrainerAileen graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She has always had an athletic and healthy lifestyle since she was young. Aileen has a passion for training, making others smile, and encouraging people to take a journey down a life-changing road. She has experience working with children, teens, and adults with different fitness levels and abilities. She is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
